In this today’s world of Internet hardly anything remains under the wraps. In this year alone we have seen many phones and their parts leak in the wild way before their actual unveiling. Which made twitter accounts like evleaks (@evleaks) popular.
Today though we are not gonna talk about any phones or accessories or parts, but about software updates. The first update though a minor one for the WP8 Lumia family a.k.a Amber has been leaked via Nokia servers, which can be accessed Nokia Software Updater (Link below). Currently this leak is confirmed for 920, 820 and 620, updates for 520 and 720 have not be spotted yet.
Amber update for WP8 Lumias combines the GDR2 update for Window Phone 8 devices from Microsoft plus and adds some of the features that Nokia have included for their phones. GDR2 update will enable the FM radio on most of the WP8 devices (except Nokia Lumia 620) which will bring a sigh of relief to many as well as many would be looking forward to buy the WP8 devices, since no FM radio is kind of a deal breaker specially in the low-range and mid-range devices for markets like India where FM Radio have become immensely popular.
Please remember this is just a leak ROM, it is not an official roll out, and so chances are more changes could be made to final ROM. If you have a Nokia Lumia 920, 820 or 620 you can flash your device with these ROMS right now, but be advised all your data will be wiped out. So it is advised that you take a complete backup first and then go on this adventure.

I’m eagerly waiting for this update for L720. The current FW has some issues. :/
Its just a minor update, don’t think most of the issue will get fixed.
It should get fixed, otherwise it is a shame for them, lol :3 :P
